The Hilton Garden Inn is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and ensure our guests experience exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality every day.

What You'll Do

As Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the housekeeping department, including:

• Directing all housekeeping and laundry operations
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing housekeeping associates
• Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards and company expectations
• Managing labor costs, productivity, and departmental budgets
• Maintaining inventory controls and ordering supplies
• Coordinating room readiness with the Front Office team to maximize guest satisfaction
• Partnering with Maintenance to address repair and preventative maintenance needs
• Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and OSHA requirements
• Driving guest satisfaction scores and service excellence initiatives
• Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience
• Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred
• Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience managing labor budgets, inventories, and productivity standards
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to Hilton Garden Inn standards.
• Direct and oversee housekeeping team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
• Inspect rooms, bathrooms, and common areas for cleanliness, condition, and readiness prior to guest arrival.
• Manage and monitor daily room status, linens, amenities, and supplies to prevent shortages and support smooth operations.
• Follow and enforce all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures, including proper chemical handling.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments to address room readiness, guest requests, and special cleaning needs.
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service and maintain performance expectations.
• Maintain quality control checklists and document inspection results, corrective actions, and progress as needed.
• Handle lost-and-found items and ensure proper documentation and guest confidentiality.
• Support inventory control, scheduling, and staffing decisions to meet occupancy demands.
