Your impact We are looking for a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team serving our southeast water/wastewater clients. This position will require working independently and as part of larger multi-disciplinary teams to develop engineering evaluations, design concepts, prepare preliminary and detailed designs, and support field engineering activities. The successful candidate will be comfortable working on a wide variety of tasks and with peers in the Tampa, FL office and throughout the company. Duties And Responsibilities Work on multi-disciplinary teams to deliver world-class projects. Effectively work with project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations. Observe and document field and construction activities primarily related to water, wastewater, and facility infrastructure. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment. Work to build a cooperative partnership between the client and all stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the projects. Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationships. Ability to participate in and lead tasks. Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution, including field, office, and personal environments. Here's what you'll need B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related engineering discipline. 2+ years of professional experience, internship experience is considered. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ideally, you’ll also have Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida. Engineer in Training (EIT). Master's degree. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
