Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Valid LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) license from the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Travel between 2–3 school locations within the district.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Compile detailed data collection, graphing, and reporting for IEPs.
• Supervise, train, and support paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers, modeling successful behavior management techniques.
