What You'll Be Doing Identify and prioritize high-impact performance improvement opportunities across Ready-Mix operations Translate field observations and operational data into clear, actionable improvement plans Drive initiatives that improve productivity, cost efficiency, service reliability, and operational performance Partner with regional and operational leadership to elevate performance management practices and accountability Lead root cause analysis and connect results to operational drivers for sustainable improvement Champion standardized processes and reinforce disciplined execution across production, dispatch, and logistics Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, constructively challenging assumptions and raising performance expectations Align operational priorities with cross-functional teams to implement practical, scalable solutions Support integration and adoption of tools, technologies, and initiatives that enhance operational performance What Are We Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent operational and business experience will also be considered 5+ years of experience in ready-mix operations or related field-based operational roles Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate effectively across both field environments and leadership settings Exposure to performance management, continuous improvement, process discipline, or transformation initiatives Demonstrated ability to influence teams and drive change without direct authority Strong operational and business acumen with the ability to link operational drivers to business outcomes Strong preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to the DFW area; however, we are also open to candidates based in the Atlanta or Houston metro areas. Work Environment This role operates in a combination of office and plant environments, with periodic travel to plant locations. The position may require time in production areas, following all safety protocols and standards. metro areas.
