Roofing Sales Representative — Earn a $20,000 Performance Incentive in Your First 90 Days

Most sales jobs advertise “unlimited earning potential.” We’re offering something more concrete:

New representatives can earn up to a $20,000 performance incentive during their first 90 days—in addition to regular commissions.

This incentive must be earned by meeting clearly defined production milestones. It is designed for motivated sales professionals who want to build momentum quickly, not simply collect a sign-on bonus.

The Opportunity

Southeast Roofing is looking for driven, competitive, and dependable sales representatives to help homeowners identify roof damage and navigate the roof-replacement process.

You do not need previous roofing experience. We provide structured classroom and field training covering roofing fundamentals, inspections, homeowner communication, and the insurance-restoration sales process.

What we cannot teach is work ethic.

This is a fully commission-based position built for someone who is comfortable approaching homeowners, creating their own opportunities, following up consistently, and being paid according to results.

What You Can Earn:

• Commission starting at 10% of contract pricing
• Opportunity to advance to commission rates as high as 12%
• Up to $20,000 in additional performance incentives during your first 90 days
• Management advancement opportunities with a 2%–3% override on applicable sales

This is not a salary or hourly position. Income, commission advancement, management overrides, and incentive eligibility depend on individual production and meeting the applicable requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners
• Educate homeowners about roof inspections and potential storm damage
• Schedule and perform roof inspections after completing training
• Document damage with accurate notes and photographs
• Explain the next steps of the roofing and insurance-restoration process
• Follow up with homeowners and develop a consistent sales pipeline
• Work with management to close qualified opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and activity records in our CRM
• Represent Southeast Roofing professionally in the field

Who We’re Looking For:

Roofing and sales experience is helpful, but it is not required. We can teach roofing, inspections, and our sales process. We are looking for people who already know how to communicate, connect with customers, stay motivated, and earn trust.

Strong candidates may come from roofing, solar, pest control, automotive sales, home improvement, insurance, restoration, outside sales, canvassing, or another performance-driven environment.

We also encourage applicants from customer-facing positions such as:

• Bartenders
• Servers and waitstaff
• Restaurant and hospitality professionals
• Retail associates and managers
• Customer-service representatives
• Fitness trainers and membership sales representatives
• Casino, entertainment, or event staff
• Anyone accustomed to working directly with the public

Experience reading people, building rapport, handling different personalities, and delivering excellent customer service can translate extremely well into roofing sales. If you bring the people skills and work ethic, we can teach you the rest.

Your First 90 Days:

Our onboarding process is designed to prepare you for the field without overwhelming you with information you do not yet need.

You will begin with roofing fundamentals, the homeowner conversation, the inspection offer, and basic CRM use. You will then receive supervised field training before completing a full evaluation week.

As you demonstrate effort and competency, you will unlock more advanced inspection, closing, paperwork, customer-management, and insurance-process training.

Representatives who create legitimate opportunities will have access to experienced management for closing assistance and problem-solving.

Compensation:

Fully commission-based, starting at 10% of contract pricing with advancement opportunities up to 12%, plus the opportunity to earn up to $20,000 in additional first-90-day performance incentives. Qualifying management positions may also earn a 2%–3% override on applicable sales. Commission calculations, advancement requirements, incentive eligibility, payment timing, chargeback provisions, management qualifications, and all other conditions are governed by the written compensation and incentive plans provided by Southeast Roofing.
