Responsibilities Act as a trusted liaison between buyers and sellers or listing agents to ensure smooth, successful transactions Educate buyers on local market conditions, pricing trends, and opportunities so they can make confident decisions Prepare and review representation agreements, purchase contracts, and related transaction documents through closing Proactively connect with pre-qualified buyer leads to understand their goals, preferences, and timelines Schedule and conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide buyers through each home with clarity and care Qualifications Active real estate license with at least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or in a similar real estate role Strong knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, and current real estate trends High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for showings and appointments Proven track record of successful real estate sales and satisfied clients Compensation $80,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
