Job Description

We’re Hiring: Solution Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Solution Coordinator to support CRM management, proposal coordination, reporting, and sales operations activities in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups
Prepare proposals, pricing summaries, and documentation
Track deal progress, KPIs, and operational metrics
Support cross-functional coordination across sales, finance, and delivery teams
Required Skills
CRM Management, Sales Coordination, Communication, Multitasking, Reporting & Process Management
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Support, or Coordination roles
Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
Strong communication, organization, and spreadsheet skills
Location- Dallas, United states
