Your Role

• Arrange appointments with candidates and our recruiters to facilitate deeper assessments
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Keep comprehensive and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires made from your candidate leads
