Senior Engineer

My clients are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join their team, a Tier One Contractor based in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead engineering works on prestigious residential and commercial construction projects while contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery : Oversee engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Design Coordination : Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage technical drawings and resolve engineering challenges. Site Management : Supervise and guide site engineers and ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications. Quality Assurance : Implement quality control procedures, ensuring works meet industry standards and project specifications. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with project managers, clients, and consultants to provide technical support and address project requirements. Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, minimizing delays and maintaining project momentum. Health & Safety : Promote and enforce strict adherence to Health and Safety standards on-site. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a Tier One or Tier Two Contractor. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and regulations in Ireland. Salary & Benefits €75,000 – €85,000 . Comprehensive benefits package, including: Pension plan . Private healthcare .
