Commercial Estimator

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Commercial Estimator to support their Mitsubishi product division by reviewing project drawings and scope details, assisting with system design, and preparing accurate quotes and budgets This role involves becoming knowledgeable in Mitsubishi residential, light commercial, and VRF product lines (training provided), using Bluebeam for takeoffs, and Salesforce for project and quote creation. The estimator will work closely with the sales team, internal staff, and customers to provide full quoting support while managing and prioritizing projects alongside the estimating team to keep work moving efficiently.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of estimating experience in the HVAC industry

• High school diploma

• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new software tools such as Salesforce, Bluebeam, Mitsubishi DSB design software, and MS Office (training will be provided)

• High sense of urgency with strong interpersonal, communication, business, technical, and problem-solving skills

• Energetic, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with minimal supervision • Knowledge of ductless and VRF systems
