ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinates patient care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
- Adapts to various units and patient needs as required within the Float Pool.
- Participates in ongoing education and training related to nursing practices and patient care.
- Ensures compliance with hospital policies and procedures while providing safe patient care.
