Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them restore function and mobility
- Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's goals
- Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and compliance
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs while fostering a collaborative environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to achieve the best outcomes
- Maintain a safe, compliant environment following all regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active state PT license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
- A genuine passion for helping others improve their quality of life
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercise
- Accurate clinical documentation
