Occupational Therapist (OTR)

or

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

to join our growing pediatric team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced OTs and assistants to deliver meaningful, high-impact care to students with diverse developmental needs. Whether you are carrying out an established plan of care, helping a child master adaptive devices, or transforming therapy spaces into engaging environments, your work will make a real difference every single day. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Assessments:

Conduct functional evaluations to identify unique needs and establish meaningful goals for students with disabilities. Individualized Care Plans:

Design, implement, and adjust treatment plans focused on fine/gross motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Direct & Integrated Therapy:

Deliver dynamic, direct therapy sessions and collaborate closely with school teams to integrate strategies into classroom routines. Progress Tracking & Communication:

Document outcomes, update care plans, and maintain open, compassionate communication with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams. Therapeutic Equipment & Transitions:

Utilize adaptive equipment/assistive devices effectively, and support smooth discharge and transition planning when appropriate. What We’re Looking For Licensed OTR or COTA

in the state of California. Passion for pediatric care and helping children reach their full potential. Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy guidelines and best practices.
