Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of a high-performing repair center Coach and develop service advisors and technicians Build a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence Deliver exceptional customer experiences Ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability Develop future leaders Monitor operational performance and key business metrics Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Qualifications Prior automotive industry management or leadership experience required Strong automotive knowledge Proven leadership experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong computer skills Tekmetric experience preferred but not required Clean driving record and reliable transportation Energetic, positive, and honest attitude Commitment to personal and professional development The Bigger Opportunity This role is more than managing a repair center.
