• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit, BLS Certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, experience with Oasis (government-mandated form), and EMR experience with Cerner
• Preferred Qualifications: Home setting experience is preferred but not required
• Additional Information: Minor holidays may be worked; major holidays only if needed
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services in home health care settings, including orthopedics, strokes, joints, and spinal injuries patients, and handle documentation in Cerner EMR system
