Commercial HVAC Service Technician Innovien Solutions is currently hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician local to the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX metro area to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for the client. You will be successful in this role if you have strong technical skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.

COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

Commercial HVAC Service Technician Requirements 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair — including hands‑on work with rooftop units, split systems, and package units common in commercial and light industrial settings Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration‑related issues Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and refrigeration principles Experience with preventive maintenance programs — filter changes, coil cleaning, belt and motor inspections, and refrigerant checks Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions Willingness to travel within a company vehicle to different site locations within the region Excellent communication and customer service skills EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

PLUS SKILLS:

Plus Skills Journeyman or Master HVAC license Experience with building automation systems OSHA 10/30 certification COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES: Commercial HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems — RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and related equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests in a timely manner Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts and labor documentation Communicate professionally with clients regarding system status and recommendations Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
