SALARY : $20/hr. 

LOCATION : Hillsboro, OR

SCHEDULE :   Full-time; Monday-Friday

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping, including picking, packing, and arranging FedEx, UPS, and LTL shipments; track deliveries and address backorders or discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding orders, shipments, service requests, and fulfillment updates to ensure timely and professional resolution.
• Support purchasing and office operations, maintain organized warehouse areas, handle confidential information discreetly, and utilize internal systems such as STRIBEN for order tracking and processing. 
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience, with familiarity using inventory management systems or ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain reliable records.
• Self-directed and dependable, with the ability to take direction, follow procedures, and complete tasks independently.
• Professional communication and basic computer skills, including email, phone, in-person communication, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and requires standing, walking, and light lifting throughout the day.
