Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group (EFHG) is a farm-driven hospitality group in Central Illinois connecting farming, food, and hospitality.

Our group includes American farm-to-table dining, Korean and Asian-inspired cuisine, sushi, craft cocktails, private dining, weddings, catering, and farm events—all supported by our 70-acre regenerative farm and vineyard , located just 20 minutes from our Bloomington restaurants.

We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our Front of House leadership team.

This role combines restaurant operations, guest experience, beverage, team leadership, and events . You’ll be actively involved on the floor during service while also helping develop the team, manage daily operations, support the beverage program, and grow and execute private dining and event business.

Managers may support different EFHG concepts, events, and locations based on experience, development opportunities, and company needs.

• Lead daily Front of House operations and service execution
• Be present and engaged on the floor, stepping into service roles when needed
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop FOH team members
• Build and support schedules and manage labor based on business needs
• Provide clear expectations, feedback, accountability, and recognition to the team
• Support beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, organization, service standards, and staff education
• Develop team knowledge of food, beverage, farm products, and the stories behind what we serve
• Respond to private dining and event inquiries and help convert opportunities into booked business
• Build relationships with event guests and help them select food, beverage, space, and service options
• Coordinate event details with culinary, operations, and event teams
• Lead and support successful execution of private dining, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special events
• Maintain strong communication with culinary leadership, other managers, and company leadership
• Handle guest concerns professionally and use feedback to continually improve the experience
• Help develop and improve operational systems, training, and service standards

• 3+ years of Front of House experience in a full-service restaurant
• Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience preferred
• Bartending and beverage experience strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
• Private dining, event, catering, or hospitality sales experience is a plus
• Strong guest relations and hospitality instincts
• Comfortable discussing event options and helping turn inquiries into booked business
• Organized and able to balance floor leadership with administrative responsibilities
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable coaching, directing, and holding team members accountable
• Calm and solutions-oriented during busy service
• Curious about food, beverage, agriculture, and the connection between farm and guest
• Flexible, dependable, and interested in continued professional growth

Formal hospitality education is welcomed but not required. We value demonstrated leadership, hospitality instincts, experience, curiosity, and work ethic.
