Join Our Championship Team! Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our high-volume restaurant in The Colony, TX . As the AGM, you'll partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, develop leaders, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and build a culture where both our team members and guests love to be. If you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career with a growing brand, we'd love to meet you. What You’ll Do Assist the General Manager in leading all daily restaurant operations. Coach, mentor, and develop managers and hourly team members to achieve their full potential. Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and service recovery. Drive sales, profitability, labor management, food cost, and controllable expenses. Maintain excellence in food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. Help recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain top talent. Lead shifts with confidence while creating an energetic, accountable, and positive culture. Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to improve results. Support inventory management, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities. Step into the General Manager role when needed and lead with confidence. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience , preferably in a high-volume, full-service environment. Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams. Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, P&L performance, and operational metrics. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Experience in casual dining or sports bar concepts. Experience leading multiple managers and large hourly teams.
