Role: Financial Services Analyst
Location: 1616 Woodall Rodgers Freeway Dallas TX 75202 United States
Duration: 6 Month Contract with the possibility of Extension.

Job Overview:
Seeking a Financial Services Analyst to support financial operations, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio management for technology-related initiatives. This role will analyze financial data, support monthly close activities, prepare forecasts and reconciliations, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Prepare accruals, reconciliations, variance analyses, and financial reports.
• Support annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Analyze large datasets and develop meaningful financial insights.
• Support CapEx/OpEx, CWIP, asset accounting, invoicing, and contractor financials.
• Maintain financial documentation supporting audits and SOX controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve financial issues and explain results.
• Prepare dashboards, ad hoc analyses, and executive reporting materials

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial operations, budgeting, or related areas.
• Strong experience working with large datasets and quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of capitalization, depreciation, asset management, and accounting principles.
• Experience supporting technology projects or IT financial operations.
• Familiarity with portfolio, financial, or asset management systems.
• Experience with CapEx, OpEx, CWIP, invoicing, or contractor financials.
