responsibilities:

• Perform physicochemical characterization of products following defined protocols, including pH, viscosity, rheology, microscopy, and appearance testing.
• Conduct comprehensive stability testing, including temperature cycling, centrifugation, freeze-thaw cycles, and long-term monitoring.
• Maintain complete data traceability from sample intake through delivery, recording and validating all results.
• Update stability records, track databases, and flag anomalies or quality trends promptly.
• Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to document protocols, build stability logs, and present characterization results.
• Proactively suggest workflow optimizations to improve testing efficiency, data management, and instrument utilization.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, OR a QC/Physical Measurements certification/diploma.
• Technical research experience operating instruments within a laboratory setting.
• Proven foundation in cosmetic characterization or related chemical product evaluation (personal care, food science, or pharmaceutical QC).
• Hands-on proficiency with pH measurement, rheology equipment, microscopy, and stability testing protocols.
• Strong digital capabilities, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
