Kinsa is recruiting for a: Regional Sales Manager - Food Ingredients
Location: Remote (Northeast Region)
A leading manufacturer and developer of custom seasoning blends, dry mixes, and flavor systems, is seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead its growth in the Northeast. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape strategic customer relationships, spearhead new business development, and contribute to a thriving company entering an exciting new phase of expansion.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120-140,000
- Bonus: 20% + Long-term Incentive

- In this role, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to bring innovative flavor solutions from concept to commercialization.
- You'll work with diverse stakeholders across purchasing, R&D, operations, and leadership, delivering value-added solutions that drive profitability and long-term partnerships
- Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Strong prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with disciplined follow-through
- Ability to travel regularly within the Northeast region
- Sales experience within the food ingredient, seasoning, flavor, or spice industry
- Existing relationships with food manufacturers, processors, co-manufacturers
- Experience selling customized, technically oriented products
- Knowledge of food product development, commercialization, pricing, and margins
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field
- Relevant industry experience and a demonstrated track record in sales and account growth
