This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their financial services experience, work in a supportive environment, and make a positive impact on members every day.What You'll Do:Greet members and provide exceptional in-person serviceProcess deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactionsBalance your cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detailAssist members with account questions and basic digital banking supportIssue cards, handle check orders, and support branch service needsIdentify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union productsMaintain security and follow all cash-handling proceduresSupport the branch team with daily tasks and operational needsProvide coverage at nearby branch locations as needed to ensure consistent service and staffing across the regionRequirementsWhat You Bring:High school diploma or GEDPrior work experience (customer service or cash handling preferred)Friendly, outgoing, and member-focused personalityStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfort with computers, cash handling, and basic mathReliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learnFlexibility to support rotating schedules, including SaturdaysWillingness to travel to nearby branches to support staffing and service needWhy You'll Love Working Here: We're more than a credit union — we're a community.
