Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A. is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Minneapolis office. This position will work closely with our attorneys on a wide variety of litigation matters. Specifically, this position will be expected to handle the following types of tasks with little supervision:

• Manage numerous cases and play a substantial role in managing complex litigation
• Handle all calendaring and court filings
• Transcription
• Manage case documentation on complex litigation cases.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Two to six years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
• A team-based approach to the practice of law
• A commitment to diversity and personal practice development
• Grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail skills
• Excellent verbal communication
• Technology experience with proficiency in word, excel, and adobe.
