We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our premier cosmetic dental practice. You will partner directly with our dentist to deliver exceptional aesthetic transformations, including veneers, crowns, implants, and teeth whitening. The ideal candidate blends superior clinical skills with a warm, luxury-focused chairside manner to ensure our patients feel relaxed, confident, and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Assistance: Provide expert 4-handed dentistry during complex cosmetic and restorative procedures. Anticipate the dentist’s needs, prepare materials (cements, bonding agents, impression materials), and manage moisture control.
• Patient Experience: Welcome patients, review their medical histories, and build strong relationships to alleviate dental anxiety. Ensure clients are draped comfortably and fully understand the aesthetic procedure ahead.
• Aesthetic Lab Work: Take precise dental impressions using 3D scan or pour and trim study casts, and fabricate high-quality temporary crowns and veneers.
• Radiography: Take digital intraoral and extraoral X-rays.
• Sterilization & Compliance: Maintain a spotless, OSHA-compliant environment. Strictly follow infection control protocols for sterilizing instruments, disinfecting operatories, and managing biohazardous waste.
• Records & Communication: Accurately chart treatment plans, update clinical notes, and assist in patient education by reviewing post-operative instructions.
• Operatory Management: Ensure treatment rooms are stocked, organized, and reflect the high standards of our cosmetic practice.
