What You'll Be Responsible For

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility
• Perform maintenance on production machinery, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems
• Service overhead cranes, conveyors, silos, HVAC systems, motors, belts, filters, and other critical equipment
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
• Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Maintain, repair, and improve both legacy and modern automated manufacturing equipment
• Partner with operations teams to quickly resolve production issues and keep lines running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of motors, drives, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience with welding, HVAC, plumbing, fabrication, or machining is a plus
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused maintenance culture

This is a Permanent position based out of Circle Pines, MN.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
