Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in cement manufacturing or related industry
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Technical Field/Mechanical/Electrical field of study preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure all subordinates are working and promoting safety at all times
• Oversees consistent production of all cement, clinker and raw mix within established quality guidelines
• Monitors all plant process systems and related auxiliary equipment from a central location
• Provides field supervision, maintains good labor relations, develops subordinates
• Optimizes equipment utilization in cooperation with the process and maintenance departments
