Warehouse Operations Supervisor

The role of the Supervisor is to ensure the process floor is running at the optimum level meeting process goals and maintaining a safe work environment. The duties are:
- Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are being followed, starting with always leading by example
- Assign personnel according to the daily needs to meet processing goals
- Supervise floor personnel to achieve acceptable processing levels
- Ensure all down stream processes and vendors are scheduled and capable of meeting daily and weekly process goals for example;
- Garbage/WTE dumpsters capacity
- Metal roll-off dumpster capacity
- Battery collection containers and labels
- Process equipment is operational and maintained
- Plan for inbound truck activity to include;
- Space for new material arrival
- Down stream capacity available
- Ensure all tracking and reporting data is collected and recorded in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
