Hospitality Operations Lead

Raines Co., based in Little Rock, AR, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations and to lead front office and other departments, ensuring top-tier guest service and smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has AGM/Front Office/Operations experience, proficiency in Microsoft 365 and hotel systems, and a high school diploma with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Raines Co. is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
