We are seeking a Creative Director- Art to join our team at SPCSHP. The Creative Director will excel in the art of storytelling, design and solving complex creative challenges to be a partner and brilliant collaborator with cross-functional leaders, guiding teams to their best work. Roles + Responsibilities Own the entire creative process, continually advancing the quality of all creative output Mentor, manage, and inspire the creative team and foster an environment that produces exceptional work Facilitate hiring, managing, developing, and promoting team members. Serve as creative lead on targeted pitches and within client meetings Partner with strategy to ensure the work is grounded in strong insights and ensure briefs inspire the creative team Ability to bring strong conceptual ideas that are strategically correct and on brief (or challenge the brief) Proven success across various industries and consumer types Strong ability to collaborate within your and across various disciplines, project team(s), and the agency as a whole Proven ability to develop conceptual abilities, solid art direction skills/passion for the craft of writing, and a knowledge of the digital landscape in direct reports An understanding of variations in brand tone and voice and the ability to ensure that copy is aligned with each distinct one. Requirements A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience managing and mentoring teams and working as a creative at advertising/digital/full service agencies Strong creative portfolio showcasing big brand integrated work The proven ability to work closely across teams, fostering a culture of teamwork with colleagues across disciplines Experience providing leadership across disciplines and engagements Be an excellent communicator — not only to our clients but within the agency with respect to speaking up or delivering constructive feedback Strong strategic and conceptual abilities Strong presentation skills and art direction A track record building lasting partnerships and fostering teamwork that leads to wins Experience in the complete creative process (pre/production/post) Benefits The salary band for this role is $170 - $210. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
