Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Setting: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our highquality, patientfocused therapy team. If you’re passionate about helping residents reach their full potential, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities
Carry out treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed therapist
Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and care team members
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Report changes in patient condition to supervising therapist
Support department operations and maintain professional development
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Able to practice without restrictions; in good standing with licensing boards
Knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
Understanding of resident rights
Professional, dependable, and patientfocused
