We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a thriving private practice partnership in Lubbock, Texas!

- Established, high-volume private Urology practice with locations in North and South Lubbock
- Large referral base with a 3.5 million patient draw area, including out-of-state referrals
- Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers delivering comprehensive urologic care
- Cutting-edge urologic practice utilizing the latest procedures and technologies
- Strong patient demand with new referrals directed to incoming physicians

About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a high-volume setting
- Maintain high-quality, timely documentation and patient-centered care
- Participate in practice growth and development initiatives
- No required city call, with optional participation if desired
Background:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Urology residency and fellowship
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care and private practice growth
