We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill a Client Care/Project Management Support position. This is a key support position on our team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our customers. The successful candidate is highly motivated, has a high attention to detail, is a self-starter, has excellent time management skills, is a problem solver, projects a professional image both in person and over the phone, can successfully multi-task, works cooperatively and enthusiastically with others while balancing a variety of job responsibilities./ppBasic Responsibilities:/pulliReceive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner/liliData Entry for all new and ongoing jobs; maintains/audits all related documents/liliScheduling of services; interacting with customers/liliAssist Project Managers securing jobs and thru all stages of job implementation thru to completion/liliAssist Accounts Receivable as needed/liliProcesses credit card payments/liliMaintains profile screening qualification site requirements including background checks/liliAssists with HR duties/liliSecure needed documents for jobs and upload into job processing system/li/ulpJob Requirements:/pulliFriendly, helpful personality and attitude with customer service focus/liliComputer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office/liliA willingness to learn other software programs key to our business./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliDetail-oriented with strong data entry skills/liliTeam player who can work both independently and cooperatively/li/ulpBenefits:/ppMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Holidays, 401K, Vacation Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour/p/div
