Job Duties Provide hands-on training and operational support to Owner/Operators, restaurant managers and restaurant teams. Create and follow up on action plans to build sales and increase profitability of each restaurant in assigned district. Conduct operational, food safety, and brand compliance audits across assigned locations. Coach restaurant leadership on operational standards and develop action plans for improvement. Monitor training and compliance certifications and ensure compliance with company, state and local operational requirements. Support the execution of company initiatives while ensuring consistent brand standards. Identify and document operational, quality, and food safety issues, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Maintain detailed audit reports and communicate findings with franchisees and field leadership. Collaborate on corrective action plans, following up as necessary. Provide operational support for new store openings, special projects, and company events as assigned. Travel regularly throughout the assigned district or region to support restaurant operations. Qualifications 3-5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations or field operations management experience. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, quality assurance, and operational compliance. Experience conducting operational audits and coaching restaurant leadership teams. Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant operations technology.
