Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Location : Minnetonka / Hopkins, MN Compensation : $60,000–$80,000 annually Schedule : Day shift | Monday–Friday | Standard business hours Job Type : Direct Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a global electronics manufacturing company supporting aerospace and defense industries, to hire a Human Resources Generalist for their largest U.S. printed circuit board facility in Minnetonka, MN. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations while playing a key role in employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and recruiting. What You'll Do as a Human Resources Generalist: Process payroll for non-exempt employees and track hourly attendance Administer employee benefits, including COBRA, FMLA, and STD paperwork Complete new hire orientations and maintain accurate employee files Manage all stages of the recruiting process from job postings to offer presentation Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed Maintain compliance reporting (OSHA 300, EEO-1, affirmative action, VETS-4212) Create and maintain HRIS reports and training records Support plant and company events such as open enrollment and employee functions What You Need to Bring to the Human Resources Generalist: Previous experience in Human Resources or a similar administrative role required Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Experience using ADP WorkforceNow preferred Willingness to learn and support additional HR duties as needed Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR regulations This Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health and dependent care expenses. 401k/Profit Sharing Paid vacation and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Doherty Staffing Solutions
