How You Will Make An Impact:

• Drive mortgage loan production by leveraging existing referral networks and developing new business channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, CPAs, and other referral partners
• Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads
• Originate, structure, and present customized mortgage solutions tailored to client needs
• Manage the full loan lifecycle from application through closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with internal banking teams to maximize cross-sell opportunities and internal referrals
• Develop and execute a personal business plan to achieve and exceed production goals
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business

Are you a proven mortgage originator with a track record of building high-value pipelines?

• 2+ years of residential mortgage origination experience (4+ years preferred)
• Proven production history, ideally $20M+ annually (flexible for strong candidates at lower volumes)
• Established referral network across real estate, construction, or financial services channels
• Strong knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA)
• Experience using loan origination systems (e.g., Blend, Encompass, or similar)
• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a field-based role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
