Summary Perform media blasting/cleaning of AR coating unit shields, organize storage. Performs many levels of general cleaning throughout the AR facility. Pay Class and Pay Pay Class: Full Time Pay: $16.65 - $17.99 per hour Essential Responsibilities Remove contaminated shutters and shields from within a vacuum chamber and replace/install with cleaned items daily. Properly remove anti‑reflective residue from shutters and shields using sandblasting techniques. Follow Weiser Rings decontamination and oven drying procedures. Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of the media blasting area and equipment. Follow Compactor Operation Standardized Operating Procedures. Communicate and escalated with peers and principals. Ensure and maintain cleanliness of all equipment, workstations and overall facility. Practice and comply with all requirements promoting a safe and healthy workplace environment. Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience & Background One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferred. Language Skills Must be able to read English to understand written procedures, hazardous warning, etc. Mathematical Skills General mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication and division. Reasoning Ability Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions. General problem-solving abilities.
