- Monitor and support AI/ML pipelines and production systems on Cloudera/Databricks.
- Perform L1 support tasks: handle platform alerts, basic troubleshooting, incident management, ticketing, job reruns, and data validation.
- Escalate and document unresolved issues as part of L1 responsibilities.
- Provide L2 support: debug Python code, ML models, and data pipelines; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex production issues.
- Support and optimize LLM/Agentic AI applications and coordinate with development teams for performance improvements.
- Utilize strong hands-on experience in Python, Data Science/ML, and AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, etc.).
- Work with ETL pipelines, ML lifecycle, and incident/ticketing tools.
- Preferred experience in the Banking domain.
- Experience requirements: 2–4 years for L1; 4–6 years for L2 roles.
