Senior Sales Account Coordinator, Perfumery & Beauty

This role is responsible for managing multiple accounts and coordinating projects from start to finish. It serves as a key liaison between the Account Managers, Evaluators, Customer Care team, and labs, helping ensure each account runs smoothlyfrom new client onboarding through order processing. We are seeking a candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to serve as a cornerstone of a high-performing team.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Create, update, track and close projects in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Support day-to-day client requests and routine inquiries, while communicating directly with clients regarding samples, shipment status, and documentation
• Coordinate sample requests, labeling, packing, shipping and shipment tracking
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, project lists and Excel-based reports to support account visibility
• Assist with annual strategic customer meeting preparation and execution, including materials, kits, shipments, and follow-up
• Provide general team support including selected purchasing, office supply, and meeting-related administrative needs

You bring:

• Ability to multi-task, solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer service
• Detail oriented, with a high level of organization skills
• Strong ability to work with data, with excellent administrative and computer skills including MS Office suite
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years administrative experience

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $75,000-$85,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
