Position Summary

The Membership Sales Manager is responsible for growing club membership and building strong community partnerships. This highly visible role combines sales, networking, member engagement, and concierge services to create an exceptional experience for prospective and current members.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new memberships through community outreach and networking.
• Build referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and local businesses.
• Conduct tours and guide prospective members through enrollment.
• Welcome and onboard new members.
• Coordinate community events, presentations, and partnership activities.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM.
• Support member satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in the community.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
