Product Support Analyst

Job Description

A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the product management lifecycle and drive continuous improvement across reporting tools and processes. This role serves as a key liaison between Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure defects are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities will include managing ticket triage, documenting defects, and analyzing trends to identify opportunities for improvement. This role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting tools, streamline processes, and improve overall product quality and performance.

Skills and Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Reporting Analyst role

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting the product development lifecycle

- Proficiency with reporting analytics and ticketing/issue tracking tools

- Strong technical documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Salesforce Experience
