What You Will Do Expert Practitioner: Master the patented Stretch Zone protocols to help clients reduce pain and increase athletic performance. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a "book of business," learning how to convert first‑time guests into long‑term wellness members. Operational Excellence: Assist in daily studio operations, learning the backend systems that make a wellness franchise successful. Professional Development: Apply quarterly leadership concepts to mentor newer staff and improve studio culture. Qualifications Career-Oriented: You aren't just looking for a "gig"—you want a professional home for the next 12+ months. Educational Background: Background in fitness, wellness, health, or retail management is preferred, but we will train the right personality. Grit & Reliability: A commitment to working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends. Coachability: A desire to receive feedback and grow through our quarterly leadership modules. Communication: High‑level interpersonal skills; you should enjoy talking to people and helping them achieve their goals.
