Staff Accountant

Accounting Support RoleReporting to the Accounting Manager, this key position focuses on supporting the financial reporting and close processes, including general ledger and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting monthly close, journal entry preparation, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliationsPrepare financial statements and reports for management reviewPrepare bank reconciliationsAssist in the preparation of audit schedules during the audit processFamiliarity with intercompany transactions a plusOther duties as assignedExperience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related fieldProficiency in using accounting software such as YARDI or similar platformsWorking knowledge of LawsonExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeepingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong background in EXCELMonday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
