Our family's resilience and sustained growth will continue to be fostered through stewardship of family, valued employees, respected partners, and future generations.JOB STATEMENT: Process new customer information, post payments on customer accounts, collect on past due accounts, and verify that all orders and customers are within ABC and Bronco credit policies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Code, post and balance daily territory receipts and driver COD paymentsCommunicate with customers and sales force to ensure payment timeliness and A/R accuracy and investigate any discrepancies. Provide documentation when requiredProcess customer credit card payments and retail room payments via phone and in person as requiredCommunicate with Order Entry Dept, customers and sales staff daily to release credit blocked customer accounts for deliveryCommunicate with drivers regarding delivery or payment discrepancies, and perform daily COD audit of previous days deliveries and paymentsPerform daily update of sales aging reports, and run IR charge programProcess incoming credit applications, customer terms change requests and enter data into IFS systemMonitor aging reports and contact customers to collect past due amounts, and coordinate with Credit and Collections Dept. to handle the flow of past due accounts and collection status per established proceduresRun weekly and monthly reports for sales staff and Finance Dept. (i.e. aging and E.O.M. reports)Communicate with sales staff weekly via mail and email to coordinate collection of past due accountsPrepare and mail monthly customer statementsCalculate and distribute monthly incentives reports for Finance DepartmentPerform quarterly reevaluation of credit limits on customer accounts and adjust as warrantedProvide backup to collect retail room payments when requiredProvide backup to A/R National staff and Credit & Collections as neededSpecial projects as assignedJOB REQUIREMENTS:Education/Experience:Customer service experience 2-3 yearsAccounting experience preferred 2-3 years10-key touchKnowledge of:Accounting principlesMicrosoft office to include, Word and ExcelCalculatorPCAbility to:Communicate professionally with a variety of employees, customers and owners on a daily basisMulti-task in a fast-paced environmentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Sit for an extensive period of timePerform tasks using standard computer equipmentWORK ENVIRONMENT:Limited noise levelIndoor climatePERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear when in production facilityHOURS AND WORKDAYS1st Shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, weekends and holiday may be mandatory based on business needs.WHAT WE OFFERAt Broco Wine Company, we understand that our success is driven by our talented committed workforce.
