Appointment Setter – Sales InfluencerAre you the person who can start a conversation with anyone? Do you enjoy meeting people, influencing decisions, and being rewarded for your results?Closet Factory is looking for confident, energetic, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as an Appointment Setter – Sales Influencer. You will represent one of the nation’s leading custom home organization companies inside Costco and Lowe’s locations, connect with homeowners, and create opportunities for our professional design team.Your mission is simple: engage customers, identify homeowners who need better storage solutions, and schedule qualified in-home design consultations.What You’ll DoEngage shoppers and create meaningful conversationsIdentify qualified homeowners interested in custom closets and storage solutionsSchedule appointments for our design teamTrack results and achieve weekly performance goalsRepresent Closet Factory with professionalism and enthusiasmWhat We’re Looking ForConfident, outgoing personalityStrong communication skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedComfortable approaching and engaging new peopleReliable transportation and valid driver’s license requiredSales, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not requiredCompensation & Growth$15/hour base payEarn a $75 bonus for every qualified appointment generatedUncapped performance-based earning potentialFlexible schedulingOngoing training, development, and supportOpportunity to advance your career with a growing companyIf you enjoy meeting people, achieving goals, and being rewarded for your success, Closet Factory wants you on our team.Apply today and become part of a company helping homeowners create better, more organized spaces.
