$90 per hour

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide medical evaluations and assessments for youth in a secure juvenile facility located in Allegany County, Maryland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner looking for a flexible, part-time position with a consistent weekly schedule!

Position Details

Location: Allegany County, MD
Schedule: 2 days per week
Hours: 4-hour clinic days (8 hours weekly)

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments for youth.
Review medical histories and evaluate current health concerns.
Perform physical examinations and provide clinical recommendations.
Identify medical needs and recommend appropriate treatment or follow-up care.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with facility medical staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license.
Current national NP certification.
Experience working with adolescents or in correctional, behavioral health, or institutional healthcare settings preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
