Position Overview Artisan Industries is looking for a sharp, self-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to help us grow into new markets. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who can understand the industry, spot where the opportunity is, and building the plan to go win it. You'll research markets, find and open new opportunities, launch our technologies into new applications, and help shape where Artisan grows next. Artisan sells engineered capital equipment across a wide range of process industries, so this role rewards curiosity, commercial instinct, technical aptitude, and the drive to learn a technical business. What You'll Do Own Markets: Choose target industries and applications and build and implement the plan to win them. Dig Deep: Research industries, applications, competitors, and trends to find where Artisan creates the most value and spot the white space others miss. Find and Open Opportunities: Reach out to technical buyers and decision-makers and turn market insight into real conversations. Launch: Lead the go-to-market for new products and for bringing proven Artisan technologies into new industries and applications. Shape Strategy: Build and implement market business plans and help decide where Artisan grows next. Connect the Commercial Team: Work across sales, business development, and marketing so everyone is aimed at the same targets. Get in the Field: Meet customers, visit sites, and attend industry events to stay ahead of the market. What We're Looking For 3 + years of solid experience in market development, business development, product marketing, or technical sales. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field. Sharp research and analytical skills, comfortable making sense of many markets at once. Technical aptitude, or a proven ability to learn a technical business quickly. An engineering degree is welcome but not required. A self-starter who thrives with autonomy, turns ideas into action, and can also work in a team environment. Strong communication skills, comfortable with both technical buyers and senior stakeholders. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, market visits, and industry events.
