The Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist at Best Buy Appliance Delivery is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery and installation of a range of large home and small kitchen appliances. Working within a combined delivery and installation team, this role focuses on providing excellent customer service while managing all logistical and technical aspects within a local 150-mile radius.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute appliance deliveries within a 150-mile local radius
- Perform professional installation of large home and small kitchen appliances
- Engage directly with customers to address needs and provide installation guidance
- Assess delivery sites to ensure appliance fit and placement suitability
- Handle equipment carefully to prevent damage during transport and installation
- Collaborate effectively with team members during delivery and installation processes
- Utilize basic hand tools and digital delivery tracking systems for efficient workflow
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in appliance delivery and installation
- Proven skills in appliance installation and customer service
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience driving a 26ft box truck
- Ability to pass background check, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
