Overview
Join our mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible to every student who needs it. At Daybreak Health, you'll be part of a movement dedicated to removing barriers to care and empowering young people to thrive emotionally and mentally.
We partner with over 60 school districts and dozens of health plans—including Kaiser Permanente—reaching more than one million students nationwide. Our clinicians enjoy the stability of consistent referrals and a meaningful caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most: making a real difference in students' lives.
We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to youth ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to help students thrive. Every session you lead has the power to change a young person's trajectory—and that's just the beginning of the impact you'll make.
Please note: This role is open to therapists who are fully licensed in California only; associate and provisionally licensed therapists are not eligible.
1099 Independent Contractor
Our new tiered pay structure rewards clinicians who want to grow their caseload, with no cap on your earnings:
