Most housing units have an occupancy limit of four individuals. Exceptions will be reviewed and must be approved in advance by the Director of Operations. Pet Policy: Due to the remote nature of our locations, limited housing options, and restricted access to veterinary care, pets are generally discouraged. Pet requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and must be approved by the Director of Operations. In communities where pets are permitted, there is a firm limit of two pets per unit—no exceptions. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
